We ship year round with standard delivery arriving within 3-7 business days. Second Day, Overnight and Saturday Delivery are available for an extra fee. Since we ship perishable items we select the best method of shipping to guarantee that your chocolates will arrive in perfect condition.
We ship most orders out within 24 hours. If you must cancel your order you will have to call us by noon the same day you placed your order. 800-656-7112. We cannot accept e-mail cancellations. By 2:00 PST your order will be packed and ready for pick up by our UPS driver.

We take the extra steps to guarantee your chocolates arrive in a manner that will ensure food safety and preserve quality. During warm months and year-round to destinations in southern states, we send your gifts in a special lined box with cold ice packs to protect their exquisite quality.
